Campari is a Popular Italian red-colored spirit, made of a proprietary blend of different herbs and species. it was invented in 1860 by Gaspare Campari in Novara, Italy. It was a very strong bitter flavor highlighted by orange that is an acquired taste, but an enlightening one. Campari is often used in cocktails and is commonly served with soda water or citrus juice, or with prosecco as spirits.
